Enterprise Commercial Terms
Effective April 6, 2026. These terms summarize the default enterprise commercial framework before final order form signature.

Pricing model
ReplyClerk is billed per location, per month unless the order form states otherwise. Standard tier is $99/location/month for locations under $1,000,000 annual revenue. Performance tier is $199/location/month for locations at or above $1,000,000 annual revenue. Revenue tier is self-attested in good faith.
Trial and billing start
Each location receives a 30-day free trial. A location's trial begins when ReplyClerk ingests that location's first new review posted after connection. Billing starts when that location's trial ends.
Cancellation and refunds
Customers may cancel before trial end or after paid billing begins. Cancellation takes effect at period end. Access remains active through the current period. No prorated refunds.
Google access
Customer provides required Google Business Profile manager access for each location intended for automation. Customer retains ownership of its profile data and can revoke manager access.
Enterprise order forms
Enterprise terms are available for customers that need custom billing, multiple legal entities, procurement review, assisted rollout, or other commercial terms documented in an order form. Standard multi-location customers can use self serve at the normal per-location price.
