Front desk was incredibly helpful when I showed up early for my appointment. Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything and I never felt rushed.

Reply

Thanks for coming in, Sarah. Glad the front desk helped when you arrived early and that Dr. Patel took the time to walk you through everything. We will pass this along to the team.

Dr. Nguyen was great and very thorough with my cleaning. Only issue was I waited about 25 minutes past my appointment time before being seen.

Reply

Jennifer, glad Dr. Nguyen took good care of you. The wait should have been communicated more clearly, and we are tightening that up on our side. Thank you for pointing it out.

Charged me $800 for a brake job that should have been half that. When I asked about the price they just pointed at the estimate I signed.

David, we hear the frustration in your review, and we want to make sure the pricing was explained clearly. Please call us so we can walk through the invoice with you and go over your questions.

How it works

An efficient workflow that responds to every review.

Replies are drafted using the language from each review, then routed through approval controls before posting. Lower-star and sensitive reviews are held so you can review and edit before anything goes live.

Connect your Google Business Profile

The setup is straightforward. Once your profile is connected, new reviews come into one place so each one can receive a response without extra chasing or back and forth.

We write replies that respond to your customers' reviews

Each reply responds to what your customer wrote, uses the details in their review, and keeps the wording polite.

Sensitive reviews can be reviewed before posting

Every draft can be reviewed before posting. If a review needs a more careful tone, you can edit the wording before anything goes live.

Cost reality

The cost of doing it yourself.

A restaurant operator we spoke with said his team spends about eight hours per week writing review responses across his locations. At $25 an hour, that's $800 a month in labor for work that pulls a manager away from his or her other duties.

Even a single-location business receiving 10 reviews a week loses two to three hours on writing responses if each one gets a thoughtful, specific reply. That's the owner's or manager's time, spent on a task that repeats every week and never gets easier.

ReplyClerk handles these tasks for just $99 or $199 per month, depending on the tier. The time your team gets back is worth much more than our fee.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Each location gets a 30-day free trial. The trial starts after that location is connected and ReplyClerk begins syncing review data.

What does ReplyClerk do?

ReplyClerk helps your business respond to Google reviews. It drafts replies and holds them for approval before posting.

How are negative reviews handled?

Lower star reviews and sensitive reviews are held for approval first. You can read the draft, edit it, and approve it before anything is posted.

Do you take ownership of our Google Business Profile?

No. You keep ownership. ReplyClerk needs only manager access so it can read reviews and post approved replies. You can remove access at any time.

How do we connect our Google Business Profile?

After signup, we email a secure Google API connection link. You sign in with the Google account that already manages your Business Profile and approve access.

Will the replies sound generic?

No. Replies are based on the words in each review. If a customer mentions the front desk, a delayed order, or a specific service, the reply will reference that detail.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is monthly per connected location. Standard is for locations under $1M in annual revenue. Performance is for locations at or above $1M. Enterprise pricing is available for 10 or more locations.

Do we need to upload financial documents?

No. You choose the right pricing tier in good faith based on each location's most recently completed fiscal year.

Can we cancel?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Access remains active through the current trial or paid billing period. There are no prorated refunds.

Can invoices be split by business entity?

Yes. Multi-location customers can use one combined invoice or separate invoices by legal entity.

How do we get started?

Click Get started, add your location details, and securely save a payment method. You will not be charged during the trial. Then connect Google Business Profile access so ReplyClerk can begin syncing reviews.
